Description of tip or technique:
Being prepared is the best way to ensure that your outdoor excursion is trouble-free. Essentials include a beach umbrella for areas that have little shade, a hat for each member of the family, plenty of sunscreen, a blanket or sheet to sprawl on, and cool, loose-fitting clothing to protect your baby's delicate skin and plenty of cool liquids. A portable crib, playpen or cabana is handy to corral a wanderer or allow a baby to nap. Of course, you?l want to pack a diaper or two and change of clothing in case the weather gets chilly. A pail is always good toy to pack even if you aren? beach bound -- curious toddlers can often occupy themselves for hours by gathering treasures (like sticks, pebbles and flowers).
