Time needed:
2 minutes

Number of servings:
Your Choice

Description:
Easy lunch-time snack

Ingredients:
Egg
Bread (White or Wheat)
Margerine

Instructions:
Place frying pan on medium to high heat. Cut a medium size hole on a slice of bread, buttered on each side. Place bread in hot frying pan and immediately drop a small dollop of margerine in the hole of the bread. Crack an egg into the hole of the bread. Fry for a few seconds or until egg has molded itself onto the bread. Turn over and repeat.

Other comments or suggestions:
You can choose if you want the egg scrambled or sunny-side up. If you choose sunny-side, place egg only after you've done the bread on one side.
