Description:
It is an easy to make meal that takes very little time and gives kids a chance to use their senses. And for you vegetarians it is meatless.
Ingredients:
Sauce
1 can of tomato sauce
small edge of butter
drizzle of olive oil
pinchs of spices:
oregano
sage
garlic
tarregan
thyme
and anything that looks appealing or smells good.
Spaghetti
water
and a handful of spaghetti or more if wanted.
Instructions:
1.Bring a half full pot of water to boil with a pinch of salt.
2.In a seperate small pot put tomato sauce and butter to simmer
3.Add in spices to your sauce.
4.Once your water comes to bowl break your noodles in half over pot and drop.(careful of splashing the water)
5.Keep watch on both sauce and spaghetti you do not want something to over flow or burn.
6. once your noodle look good and you have taken one at to taste strain into the sink and let set.
7. make sure you sauce is warm if not higher the temp for a short while until hotish.
8.Then dress you spaghetti with sauce and make a green salad with italian or low-fat ranch dressing on the side and your meal is complete

make sure to keep close eye on noodles and sauce you do not want anything to over flow, explode, or burn. =]
