Easy Corn Chowder

20 Min + heating time

Description:
This is so easy and tasty!

Ingredients:
3 cans creamed corn
1 can whole corn (drained)
2 cans EVAPORATED Milk (not condensed)
1/2 -1 Bag Frozen Hash Brown Potatos
Water
Butter
Onion & garlic powder
Salt & Pepper

Instructions:
Put the potatos in a 6 quart sauce pan. Just cover with water and boil till potatos are tender. If you want to use fresh diced onion put them in also at this time. Add drained whole corn, wait about 2 minutes and add evaporated milk & creamed corn. Add spices, salt, pepper and a stice of butter. Heat on med/low until hot.

Other comments or suggestions:
I used to use fresh peeled potatoes but like the convience of the Hash Brown potatos. I serve this with grilled cheese. My family loves this chowder. If you want it thicker add another can of creamed corn. I usually make this using 6 cans creamed corn and a whole bag of potatos. I have 6 kids and everyone loves it.
