Description:
It's a loaf of french bread, split and then topped with ground beef and cheese.
Ingredients:
one loaf of French bread (sour)
one lb of ground beef (low fat)
one pack of dry onion soup mix
one 8 oz. container of sour cream
one pack of shredded cheese.
Instructions:
Cook your ground beef, make sure it's cooked all the way. When that's done, add the sour cream to the meat and the onion soup mix. Blend well. Cut your French bread in halves the long way. Spread the hamburger mixture evenly over each side of the bread. Top with cheese and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
Other comments or suggestions:
Be careful with small children, the meat under the cheese can be very hot at first.
