4 Star Meal Idea Rating

Time needed:
About 15 minutes

Number of servings:
As many as needed

Description:
A very quick and easy to make chicken sub, that can be added to or altered to suit you or your company's needs.

Ingredients:
1-2 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts
Dale's Steak Sauce or your favorite marinating sauce
White or Wheat 6" sub rolls
Shredded Cheese
Butter
Garlic Salt
Ranch Dressing

Instructions:
Marinate the chicken. Then throw the chicken on the grill(I use a Foreman). Cut your sub rolls in half. Then, butter both sides, sprinkle some garlic salt on both sides. Sprinkle your shredded cheese on both sides. Heat the oven up to 375 degrees on Bake. Wait until there is about 5 minutes left for the chicken, then place the rolls onto a baking sheet(or aluminum foil) and leave in the oven til the cheese is melted. Take the rolls out of the oven and place the chicken on the roll. Add your dressing and whatever else you want and you're all done.

Other comments or suggestions:
This is also good with added toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, and any other fresh veggies that you like.
