Community
Fundraising
Safety and Maintenance
Team Skill-Building for Students

Briefly describe why this character trait or technique is helpful:
Be creative when it comes to resources needed for a school event. Enlist students, parents, and neighbors for help or for materials required. YouÆll be amazed at what you can do (or borrow) just by asking! You can maximize your fundraising efforts this way. You can keep your costs down to a minimum for theatrical productions, teacher hospitality activities, school dances, and many other areas if you are resourceful. A leader who helps people work efficiently and promotes recycling really is resourceful, not wasteful!
