Briefly describe why this character trait or technique is helpful:
Numbers help us track progress and compare things. With the use of numbers we can decide how many resources we might require for a school event. A committee leader who can communicate with the help of pertinent numbers greatly helps in decision-making. For example, these numbers might relate to a fundraiser, a school dance, yearbook costs, or costs related to a competition. Being a numbers-oriented leader really makes a difference!
