Long-haired are less snippy than short- or wire-haired. Active, loving and opinionated, these are great dogs. Better with kids out of toddler age.

They love to fetch, play frisbee, play in the water, play tag, run alongside the bikes, play hide and go seek, participate in obstacle courses AND cuddle.

Red, black and tan are the two most common.
