Large: 25-40 inches; 35-65 pounds.

Kid-tolerance scale:
Excellent

Overall behavior of breed:
They are herding dogs. They are VERY intelligent.They love to work and play.

Explain why this breed was good/not good with your kids:
They are a herding breed. They enjoy keeping an eye on the kids and keeping them safe. They are very intelligent dogs. My Boarder Collie intuatively understands that my granddaughter has a disability and he is extra sensitive and careful with her and watches out for her.

Black and white

Yes

Daily exercise requirements:
Need to be active.
