Small: 10-20 inches; 15-30 pounds.

Kid-tolerance scale:
Excellent

Average lifespan:
15 to 18 years

Overall behavior of breed:
Kid friendly, even babies, loves
kids, any kids. Excellent disposition. loyal, loving, can
be a lap dog. Very intelligent.
Can talk with you. Easy to housebreak. Can teach this pure-breed how to do tricks!
Very entertaining with kids.
Easy going, the best dog to buy with young children!

Explain why this breed was good/not good with your kids:
It loves little kids. Every kid in your neighborhood will want this type of dog. Tolerates even
babies who crawl very well! Big
kids like to throw small tennis
balls and have the dog fetch.
Big kids teenagers, like to get the dog to entertain them.
And moms & dads love the gentle, easy going, fun, happy
dog. It's the best investment we ever made, we bought 2 more, for triple our pleasure!

black, brown, blonde, harlequin
& sometimes pokadot!

Does this breed shed?
No

Special grooming needs:
Have a nice bow around its neck for holidays. Like Halloween,
Valentines Day, Christmas, St.
Pat's Day. New Year!

Daily exercise requirements:
Likes to run for tennis balls
Is an excellent frisby catcher!
If you have a fence, it can
run all over the back yard very
fast!

Other comments or suggestions
Doesn't eat any junk food!
Eats small dog food 1 cup per day. Is a good guard dog to those
it loves.
