Size range:
Small: 10-20 inches; 15-30 pounds.

Very Good

Overall behavior of breed:
VERY lively, very smart. Extremely curious.

Explain why this breed was good/not good with your kids:
It has been said that these dogs are not good for households with infants and small children, I can see why. But I have four children including a 2 year old and a 4 year old...there are times when the dogs' energy level amazes us, but with crate training and lots of love they turn out to be a much loved member of the family.

Typical colors:
White with black and brown spotting.

Does this breed shed?
Yes

Special grooming needs:
Doesn't shed much...needs brushing and a haircut (1 or 2 a year).

Daily exercise requirements:
Lots of room to run and play!!

Other comments or suggestions
Be ready to train your brains out...this dog can be too curious and gets bored quickly...needs attentive, devoted master.
