Equipment:
Required:
---------
3 or More Neighborhood Kids
Swimming Pool
Mixed Supply of Coins (about 10 coins per child) including:
* Pennies (lots of these)
* Nickles
* Dimes
* Quarters
* Dollars (if you feel generous)

Optional:
---------
Swim Goggles for the kids
Whistle

Description:
Have the kids stand at the edge of the pool.

Throw the coins into the pool, scattering them around the bottom.

Blow the whistle, or shout "On your mark, get set, Go!" to start the contest. At that point all the kids leap into the pool and start to grab as many coins as they can.

The prize is that the kids get to keep all the coins they collect.

Other comments or suggestions:
Be sure to warn the kids about the danger of diving into the pool at the beginning. You don't want anyone getting hurt!
