Description:
Build excitement during Teacher Appreciation Week as, each day, items are raffled off to the staff.

Preparation:
Using area businesses, obtain as many donated items and services as possible. For example, the local gift shop may donate a pretty candle, a restaurant can give a free meal, and the dry cleaner can offer a cash-off coupon.
Put a pretty basket, and a sign with details, in the office. Ask each teacher to sign his or her name on a slip of paper and put it in the basket. Throughout the week, depending on the number of items, draw a name and award a raffle item.
