Cost:
Nothing, thanks to the spirit of giving.

Preparation:
Enlist volunteers to bake one batch of fruit bread, cookies, and muffins for a particular day. Let them choose what they could make or buy. Have a schedule so you know who will bring what, and on what day. A few days prior to the day, give a reminder phone call to the parents who offered to bake so they donÆt forget.
Tell the parents when and where to bring the items at the school. The number of goodies you need will depend on the staff attending the meeting. You should figure on requesting two parent volunteers per day per each group of 30 teachers. Remind them to be sure to pick up their serving dish at the end of the day. Usually the best place to provide these yummy goodies is the teachersÆ lounge.

Other comments or suggestions:
Provide a serving or a cutting utensil if needed.
ItÆs nice to leave the teachers a copy of the recipes!
