Description:
Colorful and easy window valances. Quick to change and under $5.

Materials:
1 package paper cocktail/party napkins, in colorful print or theme. 5 inch size. Transparent Scotch tape.

Instructions:
Open cocktail/party napkins. (5 or more napkins per window). Tape them together with edges overlapping. Tape corners to the top of a window frame and voila! a simulated, easy, and low cost valance.
