Description:
Again, living in military housing and rentals I find myself not wanting to repaint before we move!
You can buy your choice of material at the fabric store.

Materials:
fabric in size & print of choice
liquid starch
sponge
creativity!!

Instructions:
Cut fabric in the size and/or shape you want. Wet with liquid starch, place on wall (once section at a time, the larger the space, the more difficult it becomes). Smooth out wrinkles with sponge soaked in starch, thoroughly wetting the fabric. When dry, use exacto knife to cut straight. This is great, looks nice, and when you leave...it peels off leaving nothing behind. I used this in my bathroom as a wallpaper...worked great.
Another idea for a border is shelf liner, in the pattern of your choice or white, then stamp on it. Also peels off clean, leaving no work later.
