FamilyConnect offers two kinds of ISP services, free access or paid access. The paid service offers unlimited net access for $19.95 with a one-time $10 setup fee. The free service also offers unlimited access with a one-time $29.95 setup fee and the requirement that you complete a monthly survey. FamilyConnect uses a proprietary server-side filter to block access to sites with objectionable material.
