Appropriate age group:

Time needed:
Half Day

Type of weather:
Rainy

Description:
We have a closet full of board games and a small box full of pieces that have somehow gotten seperated from the games. Rainy days are great for playing board games. While you play, put back the found pieces. This is also a great time to decide which games your children have grown out of so you can put it in your next garage sale or donate to the children's hospital.

Other comments or suggestions:
Children don't ALWAYS have to win at games. They need to learn how to lose, too. Good sportsmanship at any age is a great quality to have.
