Materials:
3 toilet paper rolls
Scissors
Glue stick
Foil wrapping paper

Description:
1. Cut 1 toilet paper roll in half making 2 tubes.
2. Cut 1 inch off of another roll.
3. Stand up third roll and cut two 1/4 inch thick strips.
4. Cut a 12-inch piece of wrapping paper.
5. Lay the three rolls onto the paper.
6. Place the largest roll in center.
7. Space the smaller roll 1 1/2 inches apart from center roll.
8. Mark each roll on both ends with a pencil and remove.
9. Take the two 1/4 inch strips and shape into a ôZö.
10. Glue one strip onto the paper (strip should line up to match the center of the end roll and the center of the middle roll) and repeat with other strip.
11. These cardboard strips are what will make your firecracker snap.
12. Fill the center roll (horizontally so materials stay in) with confetti and other treats.
13. Gently lay onto paper (excess cardboard strips can be folded into hole).
14. Twist one end and then the other one half of a turn.
15. Lay down other filled tubes.
16. Make sure that the cardboard strips line up (excess cardboard strips can be folded into hole).
17. Firmly twist the outside ends.
18. Twist the center ends tighter.
19. Surprise guests, family and friends with this very festive treat.
