For Independence Day, Strawberries and Blueberries will give you Red, White and Blue!

You can create a Flag design on an oblong pan...or make a strawberry 'Star'(work from Center, outward, overlapping slices that are pointed to the Side of the pan) on a field of blueberries, for a round pizza.
Don't skip greasing the pan; you will still be able to pop the slices loose, but you'll have to work at it a bit (I did that on purpose, just to check! ;-)
The yogurt and whipped topping stuff is sooo good!
We cut the pizza into slices Before decorating, because: we made it on an 'ordinary' day, and only half would be used. (Once the topping is applied, the cookie base will soften in storage.) Also, my kids have different opinions about what fruits R fabulous.
I had a recipe card in my recipe box for Ages before trying it, because of the Leftovers issue...Cutting the slices before decorating works for that. Except: you may wish to mix up a double batch of topping, 'cuz it will tend to be applied more thickly! Not to worry; any Xtra not put on the 'pizza' is going to disappear somehow ;-)
