Description:
Big Thunder Mountain is set in the Old West during the gold mine era. You go through what looks to be a large mine building before you descend to take the roller coaster. Once in the roller coaster, you go up and up. Most of the ride actually takes place outside the building. There are not hard jerks, but there are a few places where things can get bumpy and you get that floating feeling. While riding, you may take in glimpses of the Old West scenery.
