Description:
Make an acrostic poem using the letters of the teacher's name.

Instructions:
Write the teacher's name vertically down the page and let the child make a poem with each sentence beginning with the letters in the teacher's name.

Other suggestions or comments:
For an end of the year gift from the class, I gave each child a copy of the teacher's name written acrostically and had them each do a poem. I also took a photo of each child and assembled the poems and photos into a book.
