This is a Peanut Butter Cup Cookie mix in a jar with directions attached for making the cookies - a great gift for busy teachers who would still like to do some baking!

Layer dry ingredients in the jar. Put peanut butter cups in last. Put lid on tightly. Tie pretty ribbons around the lid and attach a recipe card.
After listing the ingredients in the jar, write the following directions:
Remove peanut butter cups from jar and set aside.
Empty remaining cookie mix into large mixing bowl; with hands, blend thoroughly.

Other suggestions or comments:
We've gotten great feedback on this teacher gift. One teacher in particular told us how nice it was to be able to easily and quickly bake cookies with her own young children at home. Of course, this can also be adapted to many other cookie recipes.
