Materials needed:
For best quality, go to a T-shirt shop and have them transfer letters onto a shirt; other option is to buy a shirt and purchase letters from a craft/fabric store and apply them yourself w/iron...Very Carefully! (adult)
Description:
This is a good gift for a teacher the kids know really well, enough to tune in to things like favorite words of praise, encouragement, even admonitions toward kid behavior.
Example: at year's end, the jr. high kids around here gave a sweatshirt to their Band teacher that reads "Zip it, and zip it good!" because that's what he says when he's having trouble getting that chatty group to listen up. Not quite like the finale to Mr. Holland's Opus, but fun-spirited. He also got a "nice" gift!
Instructions:
Follow instructions on the letters package "to the letter", if you go that route.
