Materials needed:
decorative paper
envelopes
old fashioned mail box

Description:
Each child was sent home with decorative sheet of paper. They were asked to write a thank you note to their favorite teacher. They then brought it into school and "mailed" it in the old fashioned mail box that was in our school lobby with a sign on it - No Teachers allowed. These thank you notes were then gathered and placed in pretty envelopes with ribbon around them.

Instructions:
Each teacher recieved a couple of thank you notes per day during Teacher appreciation week. The teahcers loved it. The notes were from their students. We received 316 notes!!!
