Description of technique:
Pumping breast milk and having a supply of frozen milk on hand gives dad and other family members and friends a chance to help feed the baby and give you a much-needed break. Pumping milk can also help relieve the discomfort you may experience from engorged breasts. Women who are having trouble producing enough milk can increase their milk production by pumping between feedings as well.
