A few hours in prep time and a few hours for treatments!

Description of gift:
Most dads donÆt take time out to pamper themselves. This FatherÆs Day bring the ôspaö to your house and give your dad a day of sheer relaxation!

Materials:
Essential oils
Soaking salts
Almond oil
Two buckets
Towels
A quart-size pot
Candles
Incense

Instructions:
1. At least one week before June 18, help your child/children create a list of things needed to nurture Dad on his special day.
2. Think of things that Dad likes to do i.e. take long baths, get a foot rub, sun bath etc.
3. Apply these ideas and create an itinerary of all the special treatments that your child/children can do.
4. Buy soaking salts for the bath as well as a foot soak.
5. What scents does dad love?
6. Find essential oils to mix into almond oil for a foot massage.
7. Have you kids practice rubbing feet and scrubbing heals to be ready to give dad the full treatment.
8. Let Dad sleep in on Fathers Day.
9. Steam towels and boil water for a facial and foot soak.
10. Let your dad relax his feet in a foot bath with soaking salts while a hot towel steams his face.
11. Continue to add hot water to the footbath.
12. Reheat the towel for his face.
13. Rub his shoulders to relax him even more.
14. You might want to put on some soft music to set the mood.
15. After dadÆs feet have soaked for 20 minutes, you can dry them off and apply massage oil for a foot rub.
16. Gently kneed your thumbs into his feet applying a medium amount of pressure.
17. Massage each toe all the way down to his heels.
18. Remind him to breathe deeply.
19. Apply a moisturizer to his face.
20. Steam a bath with soaking salts, and let your dad melt away any left over stress.
21. Serve healthy food and drinks to make this day one he wonÆt forget.
