Description of gift:
Make Father's Day last for months by creating a special coupon book that Dad can cash in on for help around the house.

Materials:
Key ring
Hole punch
Oak tag
Sharpie marker

Instructions:
1. Help your child to observe all of the little things that Dad does around the house, i.e. taking out the garbage, walking the dog, washing the car etc.
2. Have your kids decide on what nice things that they could do for/with their father.
3. Have them create a coupon book to write down jobs that they are willing to do to make DadÆs workload lighter, i.e. one ôtaking out the garbageö coupon, one ôhelping clean the garageö coupon, one ôworking in the yardö coupon.
4. Design coupons out of rectangular strips of oak tag.
5. Write one message per strip.
6. Punch holes in each strip and add all the coupons to a key ring.
7. Give to Dad on Father's Day.
8. Make sure his day is filled with special favors and that he doesnÆt have to ask for anything.
9. Hang up the coupon ring with all of the other key rings to remind Dad that you are willing to work when he needs you.
