Take him to a very nice park, fly a kite, eat with family, stroll around, play and give him a Happy Father's Day card from me, my little sister and my mom.

Materials:
Either buy food or pack home food (it's cheaper) in a picnic basket, picnic blanket, drinks, kite and other outdoor toys.

Other suggestions or comments:
Spend little money (with my mom's help) or no money at all and still have fun with my family.
