Description of technique:
When your child tells you everyone is wearing makeup, it's tempting to say, "And if everyone was jumping off a bridge, would you do that too?" However, it's probably not the best idea because frankly, they just might. Peer pressure is that strong. But when it comes to girls and makeup, you have some options.
Now you probably don't want your pre-teen running around with bright red blush and lots of blue eye shadow and mascara, but she might not look too bad in a little face powder and a subtle shade of lip-gloss. Using deodorant can help to make them feel more grown up (not to mention smell better) and nobody can see that!
