1 to 2 hours a week

Materials needed (if applicable):
Library with a summer reading program, ours has activies all summer long that rewards kids for completing activities and reading books. Just being in the libary and being around books usally helps kids find something they are interested in.

Activity set-up/instructions or description of technique:
I started this when my kids were preschool age by taking them to storytime now they love to go pick out books for themselves. My son, now 7, request books from the librarian to order in for him.
