Description of lunch box recipe:
Brunch for lunch!

Directions:
Use regular white bread slices and cut out animal shapes with cookie cutters. I use the ones I bought for Easter (bunny, chick, pig and cow) to make my daughters' French toast. After you cut out the shapes, just dip them in beaten eggs and fry in oil, just like regular French Toast. After they're ready, dab a little butter on top of the shapes and wrap them up in aluminum wrap. Put some maple syrup in a little tub with a tight fitting lid (like Tupperware) so the kids can dip their little critters in. I pack this up along with a piece of fruit and a Yoo-hoo chocolate milk box for a nutritious balanced lunch.

Other suggestions and comments:
I usually make this the night before. In the morning, just before heading out the door, I warm up the french toast in the microwave and wrap them up in aluminum. They will still be warm by lunch time.
