Estimated time to complete recipe:
3 min.

Description of lunch box recipe:
Pack 2 or 3 rice cakes with a tub of Peanut Butter.

Directions:
Put the rice cakes into a plastic sandwich bag, or container with a lid.

Peanut butter can be put into a clean plastic cup; the small kind like Applesauce/Fruit Cup
type work very well! Put a small piece of aluminum foil over the top, crimp it tight all 'round, and add it to the bag/container, along with a plastic knife or popsicle stick, for spreading.

Other suggestions and comments:
The chocolate rice cakes are far from boring, and Nutrition Police make note: the chocolate is sort of "sprayed on", vs. all-chocolate, with a few teeny chips here n' there. The peanut butter provides excellent protein!

Milk and fruit, or carrot sticks (which can also be dipped in peanut butter!) help round out the lunch.

Also good for breakfast, or after school.
