Description of lunch box recipe:
Easy and nutritious!

Directions:
1) Put about a handful of lettuce in a container with a tight fitting cap.
2) Pour some Caesar dressing into another small container with tight fitting cap.
3) Put your favorite toppings in a Ziploc bag (such as croutons, bacon bits, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, etc.).

Other suggestions and comments:
At lunch, your child can assemble his/her own meal. An American classic, so simple to create! My son loves Caeser salad! And now he can have a healthy lunch instead of eating pizza and potato chips with high cholesterol. The trick is to find something that's healthy, yet tasty!
