7 microwave minutes or 45 in the oven

Description of lunch box recipe:
Healthy hot potato with favorite toppings to add at school. Wrap it in foil so it's still warm at lunchtime.

Directions:
Just pop a potato in the oven while getting ready for school. Put separate container or plastic wrapped packages of butter, cheese, bacon or ham bits, salsa, sour cream or any favorite topping item. Put a slice into the top of the potato and show child how to squish it open.
