Description of lunch box recipe:
Less messy than plain bread, because the filling has less places to squish out and the bread is thicker and stiffer, so the filling doesn't get absorbed.

Directions:
Open a pita pocket, and first, line the inside with butter or margarine. Then, put your filling inside the pocket. Close up and enjoy!

Other suggestions and comments:
You can use any filling with pitas. My kids like peanut butter and jelly, but sometimes I fill them with lettuce, lunch meat, and cheese. These are really good if you have a microwave and melt the cheese.
