Description of lunch box recipe:
For kids who don't eat their veggies this is a great trick! Most kids love pasta, especially if they are shaped weird. Buy a bag of the veggie colored pastas that are in the stores. Some of them are shaped in twists, some in wheels and shells etc. The kids love the colors and will eat them right up! Best part is they are getting their vegetable intake and they don't even know it!

Directions:
Follow cooking directions on back of pasta bag. Most schools will re-heat food items. I send these in with my daughter for lunch in a small plastic container. I salt and butter them first.

Other suggestions and comments:
Most of the time, kids will eat what they make. Get them involved in cooking! I teach kids cooking classes and I have learned more from them then they have from me!
