Description of lunch box recipe:
Take 2 flour tortillas and put shredded mexican flavor cheese in between. Most schools have microwaves now, and my kids nuke them for about 30 seconds until the cheese is warm and melted.

Other suggestions and comments:
If your kids like condiments, you can send small containers with sour cream and/or salsa for dipping!
