Description of lunch box recipe:
"Liquid Lunch"

Directions:
In a blender, combine 1 cup crushed ice, 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt, 1 ripe banana, 1 tsp lime juice, 1 tsp sugar (or to taste). Blend until smooth.
Pour into thermos, don't forget to send a straw!

Other suggestions and comments:
I do not add the sugar, this smoothie is sweet enough without it - and most children do not need the extra sugar! Change or combine fruits to create new flavors.
