Description of lunch box recipe:
It depends on the ingredients used, this recipe is very flexible.

Directions:
Start with a flour tortilla. You can use ground beef or refried beans, add a little taco sauce so it's not too dry. Spread sparingly on tortilla. Sprinkle on some shredded cheese and lettuce and roll it all up. Put it in the microwave for a few seconds to soften the tortilla. Wrap in cling wrap, tie the ends with ribbon or twist ties. You can also send a small cup of additional taco sauce for dipping.

Other suggestions and comments:
Keep those extra packets of taco sauce from the fast food places!
We are vegetarians, so I use crumbles or beans in place of ground beef. My child has been very pleased with this new addition to her lunch choices.
