Description of lunch box recipe:
Delicious and healthy snack idea that will give energy for the rest of the day.

Directions:
My son is a vegetarian who loves dried fruit. I purchase dried pineapple, raisins, walnuts and carob chips or chocolate chips from our health food store. I cut the pineapple into bite size pieces, I also break the walnuts into smaller pieces, add the chocolate or carob chips and raisins. I then place a couple of ounces into a plastic bag.

Other suggestions and comments:
This satisfies the sweet tooth in a healthy way.
