Description of lunch box recipe:
Add hidden veggies into ANY sandwich.

Directions:
My son's favorite sandwiches hide veggies he doesn't even know are in there. To his peanut butter sandwiches I will add grated carrots and sometimes raisins. Another one is tortillas with cream cheese, alfalfa sprouts, grated carrots, ham and grated cheese (he doesn't realize that it's carrots...he thinks it's two different kinds of cheese) rolled up and cut in half for two sandwich rolls.

Other suggestions and comments:
Another great add in is grated zucchini...it doesn't alter the taste of the sandwhich harldy at all! Broccoli sprouts are great, too.
