Description of lunch box recipe:
A fun, easy and healthy snack that young children love to make.

Directions:
For each sunflower you will need:
1 rice cake
peanut butter (creamy style)
1/2 tsp. sunflower seeds (or sesame seeds)
6 baby carrots (sliced lengthwise)
1 celery stalk
1 orange slice (halved)


Assembly:
Spread peanut butter on rice cake.
Sprinkle the sunflower seeds or sesame seeds on top of the peanut butter.
Arrange carrot slices like petals around the edge of the rice cake.
The celery stalk is the flower stem, and the orange slices are the leaves.
