Description of lunch box recipe:
Everybody loves to snack. But instead of reaching for that potato chip bag that is full of unwanted calories and saturated fat, reach for the healthier alternatives. Pretzels and popcorn (without the butter) are excellent snack choices. Baked tortilla chips with a little cup of salsa is another great idea. Nuts can also satisfy hunger and are a great source of protein, but just be careful of the portion size. An unlimited portion size can mean too much fat and too many calories.
