Description of lunch box recipe:
Tired of the same old boring square sandwich? Then try rolling it up. Cut the crusts off your bread and fill it with your favorite filling: ham and cheese, tuna, egg, or chicken salad. Spread the filling close, but not all the way, to the edge of the bread and be careful not to over fill it. Take a rolling pin and flatten out the sandwich. Then roll it up and secure it with one or two toothpicks. Refrigerate for at least one hour. You can eat the roll-up like a Yodel or cut it into mini-pinwheels. HereÆs another creative variation: Roll it at an angle for a cornucopia sandwich.
