Peanut butter and grape jelly sandwiches were a staple food in my house growing up. But even the most diehard PB&J fans enjoy a change once in a while. Why not try peanut butter with some of these healthy and low-fat ideas: sliced bananas, sliced apples, grated carrots, wheat germ and honey, or marshmallow creme (true, it has a bit of sugar in it, but it's low fat and kosher!).
