Description of lunch box recipe:
What is healthier than fruit? Not much. Apples, oranges and bananas are quick and easy to throw into a lunch bag, and they don't require refrigeration. And supermarkets offer a wide variety of ready-to-eat fresh fruit such as cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon. Dried fruits such as apricots and fruit roll-ups can provide variety for the lunchbox as well.
