Description of lunch box recipe:
Kids' young, growing bodies need plenty of calcium for strong bones, and getting enough calcium is particularly important for young girls. Dairy products provide a great source of calcium. Small containers of yogurt, cottage cheese or cheese sticks are great for the lunchbox, and they don't have a lot of extra fat. Another readily available source of calcium for your kids can be milk or orange juice bought at the school cafeteria instead of soda.
