Description of lunch box recipe:
A healthy alternative to high-fat cookies is low-fat graham crackers. A fun way to make them more appealing, especially for young bug-loving kids, is to put a couple into a baggie, crush them up a bit with your fingers or a rolling pin, and then add some chocolate sprinkles. Your kids can pretend they are eating ôants and their sand hill.ö Use raisins to simulate bigger bugs and beetles and red hots for ladybugs. Throw in a few Ikes and Mikes and you have glow-in-the-dark alien bugs.
